Policies and Item Care

Shipping timelines

Unless otherwise stated, purchases will ship out within 4-5 weeks since I pretty much make everything to order. Already made items may go out sooner.

Returns, Refunds, Repairs

Many of the listings state this, but here it is again: unless you request a custom item, you will be receiving something based on my whims

If that isn't your fancy, please feel free to contact me before purchasing to give preferences and I can make a custom at no extra cost. Alternatively, you can leave some details in the notes at checkout.

However, if you order, and when it gets to your home, you're not a fan? Let me know within a week of receiving and I will try to work with you to either do a new piece, refund or exchange it for a similarly priced item.

I won't ask for the piece back, because I am trying to reduce my horde, and I don't want either of us to pay shipping again, ya know? So instead I ask that you find someone to gift it to. A friend, a family member, a teacher, a librarian, your local taco truck, literally anyone but me.

But what if you loved your pieces so much that they broke? Message me on instagram or leave me an email with the subject "Repair Me Pls" at this address: [email protected]

Ideally I'd like to do repairs in person so you can watch the magic happen and paying for shipping doesn't happen. If you want to send them my way instead, I ask that you pay shipping to me, and I'll pay shipping to get it back to you. Please don't send items without confirming with me first!

Item Care and Information

Resin Art: I use various epoxy resin brands to make pieces  If you are curious to know what a specific piece uses, please ask. Please be careful with resin pieces and excessive heat. Epoxy resin is a type of plastic, so when it is in the sun for too long, it will become bendy. This can be fixed by removing it from the heat and laying the piece flat. When cleaning pieces, use soap and water. Alcohol or harsher solutions could weaken the epoxy and make the surface tacky.

Clay Art: I primarily use Sculpey premo polymer clay, but sometimes will use Fimo that I have. Depending on the thickness and whether I have coated it with resin, the piece may be flexible to an extent. If you go past that point, the piece will snap so be careful with storage and travel.
